Modern Cottage is our shared design vision, the culmination of our years of experience in all facets of construction and design. Modern Cottage is a way of life, an aesthetic, a style doctrine, a brand. A place for everything is achieved through thoughtful design and the highest utility. We believe functionality and plenty of ‘breathing room’ are inherent to good design, and not contingent on size. We strive for timeless, authentic, and unadorned. Promoting history is habit. We are based in the Pacific Northwest.
